We ship exclusively via First Class USPS mail. Enjoy everyday free shipping for orders over $39. Orders under $39 ship for a flat fee of $6. Samples ship free, one per household based on availability.
All orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days. Please allow additional shipping time during holidays.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States via the Unites States Postal Service. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are a flat rate of $6 for your entire order and free in store pick up (Miramar, FL). Sorry we do not ship to international destinations.

General Returns / Exchanges
We can't imagine that you won't love, love, love our beauty cocktails, but we are happy to exchange your products or give you a refund of the purchase price of any unopened item (not including shipping). Just notify us in writing within thirty (7) days of your purchase at info@spanoirbeauty.com and we will exchange the product or give you a refund for the purchase price of the item on any unopened item. We cannot return opened or used items, as we cannot resell them. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange unless the product has been found to be defective. Please do not send items for a return without a proper return authorization by contacting us at (954) 404-0970. We reserve the right to not approve a return or exchange based on the condition of the item when it returns to us.
Defective Items
If a product you have received is defective, we will be happy to replace it and cover all shipping costs. All defective item returns will need a return authorization, just give us a ring at (954) 417-6474. Please do not send us your item until you have received a pre-approval code. E-mail us and tell us about your defective product and we will send you instructions for sending it back. Please note that since many of our products include natural butters like African shea, mango and avocado, softening or melting may occur in transit and is not considered damaged or defective.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 48 hours. We offer reliable First Class shipping through USPS to keep costs low. You will be supplied a tracking number for your order and can follow its progress to your location online. We cannot be responsible for damages that occur in shipping, however, we package our shipments very carefully to avoid problems. Refunds
A 100% refund is guaranteed for 7 days from the date of purchase for products that are defective due to manufacturing. Processing errors will be addressed and corrected in a timely, respectful manner within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Damaged Items
If products are lost or damaged in transit please contact your local post office and file a claim. Only insured orders will be reimbursed by the USPS. Product softening or melting may occur in transit and is not considered “damaged” under these terms.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:
- Shipping charge
- Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by end-users. We reserve the right to check the conditions of the returned items before issuing a refund.
- Clearance items that are marked as non-refundable
Disclaimer
Please be advised that many of our products contain nourishing nut oils and you may be allergic to them. We recommend that you patch test* your skin the first time you use any of our products. If any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. Our body care products are for external use only. No medical claims are implied and the information we provide to you is not intended be used for self-medication, self diagnosis or self treatment of any condition.
Patch Test
It's always a good idea to test your skin to check for a reaction from any new products that you are going to use on your skin. Apply a small amount of the new product to clean skin on the inside of your elbow. Cover with a bandage and leave for 24 hours. If a rash or redness appears, do not use this product. If any of our products get into your eyes, flush with water immediately. If any irritation occurs, consult a physician immediately. Do not take any products internally.
