No. 4 Calm Essential Oil, 10 ml

Ingredients: Essential Oils of Lavender, Mandarin Orange, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile and Spikenard.

How to use: Blended for restlessness and anxiety.  Can be used in a diffuser or spray bottle with water and spritzed in a room. Can also be used in a bath, just pour one cup of coconut milk (or buttermilk if you prefer) into a warm bath, then add 20 drops of No. 4 Calm Essential Oil (so that the oil does not float to the surface) and enjoy the experience.
